What is TRX and What are the benefits?


The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL, Randy Hetrick.[1] TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

What does a session look like?

TRX session can be adapted for all skill levels. Once we begin a session, I assess the strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness to create a challenging experience that will leave you feeling accomplished and motivated. Sessions are between 10-60 minutes and can be integrated into other physical training programs offered by Wolf of Wellness. Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience at your own home or at the Wolf of Wellness studio.

The first session includes a standard assessment and consultation.

This initial meeting can be up to 75 minutes.
