Chronic Pain

The following meditation is designed for someone that has been experiencing chronic pain, whether physical or emotional. Calming of the mind through body awareness and objective self-awareness can activate the parasympathetic nervous system. 

Research has proven the relationship of long-term pain to the nervous system. Meditation is a way to calm the "fight or flight" nervous system and will normalize the neurons and transmit impulses in your body.
