"Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction" is a meditation practice created by Jon Kabat-Zinn to incorporate mindfulness to treat people with a range of conditions that were initially difficult to treat in a hospital setting. It includes stress management, mindfulness, and body awareness.

Diet-related illnesses can be avoided by education of our food choices on a daily basis. Nutrition counseling can shed light on the processes in body cells and digestive system, and give more fuel to daily living through whole foods.
